I joined Sheboygan Fit Body Boot camp this past March. Prior to that, I was a member of a local health club. I was in a cardio rut and not achieving desired results. I would drag myself there a few nights a week after I put the kids to bed. I dreaded it and was bored. None of my clothes fit and I refused to go up another size. Over the years, I had developed unhealthy eating habits and knew I had to make some changes in my life. I really wanted to set a good example for my two children.

After having some success with a 6 week challenge and placing 3rd, I was ready to step up my game. I decided to sign up for the TT contest to give myself some motivation. I love how the TT workouts are short and intense. I never get bored and feel amazing afterwards. I know I can fit a 30 minute TT workout into my busy day. I've become a morning person and work out each day before the rest of my family is even awake. One of the biggest changes I noticed after doing the TT workouts is that I feel more energized throughout the day. Once I dialed in to the nutritional side of things, I really started to see results.

During the TT contest I lost 14.6 lbs and 3.2% body fat. I'm down a total of 26.6 lbs since March. I'm thrilled and believe I finally found a workout program I can stick with. I definitely want to continue on this journey and I'm excited to see what I can continue to accomplish.
